STM32, more choice with 2 complete lines:

The Performance line, STM32F103, operates at 72 MHz/90DMIPs, with up to 64Kbytes of on-chip RAM, 512Kbytes of on-chip Flash and numerous peripherals, including USB and CAN onboard. It takes the 32-bit MCU world to new levels of performance and energy efficiency. With its Cortex-M3 core at 72 MHz, it is able to perform high-end computation. Its peripheral set brings superior control and connectivity.

The Access line, STM32F101, operates at 36 MHz/45DMIPs. It is the entry point of the STM32 family, however is supplied with up to 48Kbytes of on-chip RAM and 512Kbytes of on-chip Flash. It has the power of the 32-bit MCU but at a 16-bit cost. Its peripheral set offers excellent connectivity and control.

Both lines are software compatible and pin-to-pin compatible. The devices are available in VQFPN36, LQFP48, LQFP64, LQFP100 and LQFP144.
